Our design for new home construction begins with a rigorous intake process. We dive deep into how you live, what brings you joy, your daily routines, how you entertain, and how you want guests to experience your home. The more we understand about your life, the better we can design to reflect your lifestyle.
From there we guide you through every decision — space planning and layout, fixtures and finishes, cabinet plans, and millwork details — so that every element of the home is considered and cohesive. We then translate all of these decisions into a detailed, professional set of drawings. The drawings reflect every selection and design decision, so your construction team can effectively price and build the home you've envisioned with maximum efficiency.
As an add-on, we can be as hands-on during construction as you'd like — from full concierge service where we act as your on-site representative, to a lighter consulting role for the moments when modifications to the original plans need to be thought through.
Clients have come to us thinking they need to expand their facilities, only for us to discover that a complete overhaul of their furniture layout would provide the additional workstations they needed — no added square footage required. Others have come to us on the verge of purchasing a building, and we have walked them through the due diligence process, setting realistic budget expectations while making sure every department's needs will be met in the finished project.
This is the ideal solution for small and medium businesses and non-profits needing executive-level facilities strategy. The service can expand into full project management — where we hire and manage the design and construction teams, maintain a strict budget, and report to your management or board as needed — all the way through to move-in day. We also offer a remote and advisory version of this service for clients who need help building the scope, establishing appropriate budgets, and outlining the team but are equipped to manage the process themselves.

From there, we conduct a careful review of the existing conditions, and when needed, bring in engineers, plumbers, electricians, or other specialists to make sure the scope is fully understood before a single decision is made.
We then guide you through every detail — space planning, fixtures and finishes, cabinet plans, and millwork — delivering a professional set of drawings your construction team can efficiently price and build from.
As with new construction, we offer add-on service where we can be as hands-on during the build as you'd like — from full on-site representation to a lighter consulting role.

Great furnishings are the result of a disciplined eye, deep sourcing knowledge, and a process that leaves nothing to chance. This service can stand alone or pair seamlessly with our new construction and remodel offerings. When it stands alone, we begin of course with our signature thorough intake — a deep dive into what makes you tick, how you want your space to function, what you value, and how you want to feel in your home. From there we develop a comprehensive furnishings plan that can include paint, wallpaper, window treatments, rugs, antiques, custom furniture, art, bedding, and beyond.
The process is fully white-glove from selection through final install. We handle every detail so that you are completely free to simply enjoy the process and the result.
