This is a strategic, concierge-level partnership for organizations purchasing a new facility, breaking ground on a new build, or embarking on a major remodel. We begin with in-depth interviews and guided planning sessions — with you and your key stakeholders — covering every detail of the project, from financial to functional. The result is a precise program defining what your space needs to accommodate and how it needs to perform. That program guides the entire project– eliminating scope creep, setting realistic budget expectations, and maintaining fiscal discipline from start to finish.
Clients have come to us thinking they need to expand their facilities, only for us to discover that a complete overhaul of their furniture layout would provide the additional workstations they needed — no added square footage required. Others have come to us on the verge of purchasing a building, and we have walked them through the due diligence process, setting realistic budget expectations while making sure every department's needs will be met in the finished project.

The service can expand into full project management — where we hire and manage the design and construction teams, maintain a strict budget, and report to your management or board as needed — all the way through to move-in day. We also offer a remote and advisory version of this service for clients who need help building the scope, establishing appropriate budgets, and outlining the team but are equipped to manage the process themselves.

Space Planning & Interior Design

This is our core design service — creating a space that reflects your company’s brand, values, and the story you want to tell. As with all of our engagements, we begin by clearly defining the project parameters: required outcomes, company ethos, investment constraints, and the specifics of the location. From there we get straight to work — space plans, furniture layouts, finish selections, art plans, and detailed construction documents if the project calls for it. As a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas, Kathleen can produce plans for city permitting when needed. The intentionality of our process ensures that every recommendation reflects your organization, serves your people well, and makes sense for your bottom line.

Furnishings Procurement & Project Management

White-glove procurement and installation management to take you from the first purchase order to move-in day.

This service is designed to pair with Space Planning & Interior Design, taking the project all the way through to completion. Once the design is finalized, we handle everything that comes next — managing all purchasing on your behalf and overseeing delivery and installation with the same level of care and attention that went into the design itself. You walk in on move-in day to a space that is fully complete and exactly as envisioned — rugs on the floor, furniture in place, and art on the walls.
